- I have admired Rory McDonald’s work for a long time. As a professional pastry chef, I have a large collection of cookbook and was happy to add this to my shelves. Book is gorgeous, recipes are clearly written.
Just a heads up, the macaron recipe does NOT work. Comparing to other recipes, I believe the recipe has double the egg whites it should. - Chef Rory taps into years of experience and created a book for everyone. This is a must have book for anyone that wants bake like a professional. From the classics to modern techniques he covers a wide range.
